I’m Mariana Simon
As a Registered Associate Nutritionist and Certified Metabolic Balance® Practitioner, I am deeply committed to scientific advice and personalised care. While I make sure to stay up to date with developments in nutrition and lifestyle research, I know that data alone doesn’t change lives—support does.
By combining evidence-based practices with solution-focused coaching and mentoring, I bring a compassionate, person-centred approach to our work together. Whether we are focusing on your metabolic health or navigating nutrition and lifestyle shifts, my goal is to empower you with the practical tools and confidence you need to achieve sustainable success.
My journey at a glance
A nourishing life is an act of Self-Care
My path to creating LiveWell: Nutrition with Impact is deeply personal. For years, I struggled with the exhausting symptoms of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome: weight gain, insulin resistance, hormonal imbalance, and intense sugar cravings. I understood the science of nutrition, but knowledge alone wasn’t enough to bridge the gap to sustainable change. Eventually, I faced a definitive choice: stay within my comfort zone and continue to feel unhealthy, or embrace a radical transformation. I realised that real change wasn’t just about food or external circumstances—it was about mindset. I had to choose between accepting a diminished version of myself or getting curious about how my life could be different. I asked myself two questions: ‘Who do I want to become?’ and ‘How do I want to live my life?’ That simple intention to experience a healthier life created the shift I needed. It empowered me to make the necessary changes and, ultimately, it transformed my life. On this journey, I learned that living well starts with repeated, consistent intentions that persist over time. It is these intentions that shape the mindset that empowers our healthiest choices.
My Philosophy: Food is ‘thy medicine’
Healthy nutrition is a powerful way to nourish both body and soul. The choices we make every day have the potential to either nurture or jeopardise our long-term vitality. My philosophy is rooted in the idea that when we align our nutrition and lifestyle with our unique biology, we stop struggling and start thriving. By combining scientific expertise with compassionate, impactful coaching, I help you transform the act of eating into an act of self-care, creating the lasting fulfilment you deserve.
My Mission: your Vitality, simplified
We live in a world where it’s all too easy to feel tired, out of shape, and disconnected from our bodies. My mission is to empower you to cut through the noise of contradictory nutrition advice and embark on a lifestyle that feels as good as it looks. Together, we will unlock your wellness potential and optimise your health and energy so that you LiveWell, not just for a season, but for a lifetime.
